Birthday present for my wife

Hi all, Birthday is nearing for my wife and I am planning to surprise her with gift. Then a common question arrived in my mind. What gift? I am so confused.
Kindly suggest me one good gift. She is very calm type. House wife. Hates makeup.

If she is anything like me she will want a gift that shows how much you appreciate her. So go for a nice piece of jewellery. Something personal and it doesn't have to be expensive. The type of thing that she can wear everyday. Earrings or a necklace perhaps. Or try just taking her out for dinner. thst's what I am hoping for my birthday on Friday!

She is very calm person, caring and very understanding... She does not ask anything even during shopping.
I did not do anything for her till date. So, that is why, I want to give something which will be memorable for her and also which gives her immense pleasure.

A silver or jade anklet is ok for such a introverted lady. Because silver and jade stuff are good for health. I once wanted it to be my my birthday present since I was 20 which is never fulfilled.

How long have you been married? You should know what she would like better than anyone. Dinner and a movie. A day at a spa. A nice diamond ring or band. How much you willing to spend? I could go real big and say a car. Do you have kids?
