Since it is a dictionary, we need to be very objective with our definition. As much as I would like to put in flowery words in the meaning, I wouldn't because it would be subjective already.
Filipino (n) (fi - li - pe' - nä)
1. One who is a native of, or born in the Philippines
2. A person who is citizen of the Philippines
