What will happen if I made an account in a PTC site that is a scam?

I don't know what might happen but I've made an account there. What should I do next? Coz I've read an article saying that Fine PTC is a scam and I'm not sure of it though. But it made me realize that something bad might happen so I wanna know what I should do.

It does happen with every on in this virtual world so you need not worry girl 
.All They can do is to use your email address(the one which you have registered with) to spam you.Its good if you can create a separate email for joining these kinda online sites---do not reveal your personal one

nothing to worry about it. just login into your account there, goto your profile or account settings and just delete your account.. it is as simple as that..
