Are you a early bird or a night owl?

Are you a early bird or a night owl? Is it because of your career that you are such? Perhaps waking up at 5AM to get ready, drive through rush hour to get to work before 8AM or is the field that you are in open till the wee hours of the morning (restaurants, bars) that's forces you into this type of lifestyle? Or is it just a matter of choice to wake up early or go to bed late?

I would have to say that I am an early bird. I always was the type of the person to get up. I do not like to waste valuable daytime. That way I get up as soon as possible, sometimes even before the sun gets up and then I get straight to work. That way I am completed with a lot of what I need to do, before a lot of people who stay up much later pull themselves out of bed. I never really been one for staying up late past a certain time. Every now and again, I might be able to do it, but it takes quite the effort on my part. I am early to bed and early to rise. I would have to say ten or maybe just a bit later is the time that I get in bed. Any later, and I am unable to focus. My body is just geared with a certain way and a certain schedule. What can I say, I am just too set in my ways.

This has always been my problem, I have always to go to sleep around 9-10pm, but I always end up sleeping around 6am, I don't if I'm sick or something, but I really wanted to adjust my body clock

hell0! I guess I am an early bird because I wake up very day at about 7-8 a.m. and I feel really better when I sleep early than when I sleep late

I like to wake up late and sleep early so what would I be? I think I am more of a night owl than a early bird. I really have a hard time waking up early.
