Are there people not worthy of our friendship?

Well boy dont just push to hard, if she dont respond to any of your smiles then just let it be. Dont mind her anymore, I guess she just dont want to make friend with you or she is really snubbish. Since she is your new neighbor maybe it will take time for her to like the place and the neighbor as well. Just dont keep on smiling her, maybe you will look like crazy guy to her if you keep on doing that. I have a different feeling, maybe you like her that is why?

I think i can relate to you because i have the same experience as yours.i have just transferred a new house.we have lots of neighbors, and all of them are very kind and accommodating.there is just one lady near our house,who is not really smiling if i am passing by her house.i ask the other neighbors and they told me that she is really like that.i just told myself that we can't really please anyone else.but i still hope in the near future,we will be close.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting!

Maybe on that kind of situation, the problem is not you anymore. We cannot please everybody. As long as you don't do anything to harm others then try not to be bothered with such people.

Do not take hasty steps to make a friend or decide their worthy attitude. Gone are the days of getting true friends these days - just try to maintain who are your friends now. By this time you might have analyzed their nature too. Hence,don't keep aside any one in this world - a day will come when we may require their help or they may require our help. The best thing is to manage the ups and downs . But be careful some will take the undue advantage of this softness.

I think some people are just snob.I mean its just their front. I think if your really friends with someone you got to know his other side too. We really cant judge people because we really dont know about their pains. ANd I do believe that there are also people we can get along with, thats why we call the friends. If you are not so close with the person, maybe your just not friends really. MAybe its just acquaintances

I'd say she's not worthy. You have made an effort. There are many other people out there that would appreciate a smile or a hello. I wouldn't waste time trying to figure it out. Maybe she will come around later.
