have you ever heard of learned insomia

as i've experienced sometimes iam going to bed very early to sleep but i will end up awake till morning...
this is what so called learned insomia, you are thinking that maybe you can not sleep...
as i've read you should relax your mind when you go to bed and never think that you can't sleep. just close your eyes and stay relax...

I also have experienced this years ago but now I have changed. You aren't sure it is insomia unless you go see a doctor right? And I don't like going to the doctor coz it will just cost me money. I tried searching through the net on how can I sleep easy. It is so hard to concentrate in trying to sleep then when you sleep, later you will wake up and it is still dark. It feels so stressful. As for me, I prevented myself from doing things that can make me awake like showering before sleeping (I do it hours before sleeping) and others. I hope you can find a way to prevent those sleepless nights

Really? What an informative discussion you have there. I also experience this and it's really hard for me to go back to sleep. I can't seem to relax. My eyes are always wandering all over the room. I also think of different things which lead me to headaches.
