Do you consider yourself as being a religious person?

Obviously this depends on how you rate the word religious. It is quite a philosophical thought, but maybe you never thought of asking yourself this question. Do you think religion is important in your life and without it you would not be the same person, or you would not manage to survive? I feel that religion is fundamental. Just as every man needs company, religion is as important to me because it gives a better meaning to life, a better understanding of oneself and a better relationship with others. One can feel more compassion and understanding in my opinion.

according to my opinion, those who are interested to know about themselves and about existence, then I'd like to call that person religious.
I see religiousness, there.
In my opinion, Atheist are also religious person.
Religious person is not only that person, who believe in certain religion and beliefs...they are followers of their religion.

well, I can't say that I am a religious person just because I don't go to church that often and sometime sI doubt is there a god or no!

I wouldn't say I am religious per say, as I have never had any compelling arguement's given to me in the existance of a god.
But saying that I do live my life the way I think my life should be lived if that means I am following some so called godly way then so be it,
but I don't live my life with someone else telling me what I can and cannot do I live my live the way I think it should be lived.

I'm not that religious. Sometimes i don't even go to mass during sundays. But i do know the important roots of my religion and, you're right, it gives meaning to life. And i live my life based on these beliefs.

I don't think I can consider myself as religious,I believe in God, a firm believer but not religious when it comes to religion I have my own religion but I'm not active in attending mass every sunday or sabbath day, All I believe is what inside my heart that is there is God, at it was said "your body is the temple of God,that means my body is my religion whose believing the almighty God.
