Do You Prefer Subscriptions or Buying in the Store?

When it comes to magazines, do you prefer to have a subscription where the magazine is delivered by mail or do you prefer to just buy the magazine in the store/news stand? Usually I prefer to have a subscription. They are convenient because the magazines get delivered right to your house. They are also cheaper than paying the store price. There are some magazines, though, that I wouldn't want to read on a monthly basis, so those I prefer to just buy in the store. Sometimes the subject matter of certain magazines don't always appeal to me, but if I see them in the store and the cover reveals some article I'd like to read then I just buy the one issue.
