I saw a commerical for Sears where a wife brings the laptop to her husband who is watching the game so He can find the correct deal. What? During the game? Is there any wife who would do this? I don't think so. And why does he have to find the correct appliance? She can't read English? Your thoughts.

I can't wait to see this commercial, so far I can't say that it has appeared here yet. Then again not all comercials get seen all over. I can't believe that they would actually have the wife inturupt during the game, to pick the right appliance. What is the correct appliance by the way? Happy Mylotting!!!

I do think this happens! Not so much bringing-a-laptop, to do some online shopping, but a sense of timing.
A few weeks ago, I found myself on the production floor just chatting with operators during their coffee break. One topic discussed was how this one guy's wife always had no sense of 'timing'. That she would asked him to do something else while he was watching a game. I think he was watching an OT period of an LA-Colorado hockey game when his wife asked him to do their taxes.

I agree. When I saw this I thought, why is she disturbing him during the Game Then I thought Why is she not checking out all the deals herself. This isn't the first stupid, sexist commerical from Sears.Remember all the guys remaining at Sears a little longer because their wives sent him out to check All over town for the best deal. Why?
