My son is 7 months old and has been on his hands and knees since he was 4 months but still isnt crawling... I was wondering when your kids started to crawl. My first was crawling at 6 months. My second will do the army crawl, but he will not crawl on his hands and knees.

Kids start crawling and do other things at all different ages. Some kids never crawl at all, but move straight to walking. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. All kids are different.

My son didn't crawl until 10 months. He's built like a football player, so I believe that hindered him a bit. Most kids have a wide variance in milestones. I somewhat miss him sitting quietly playing sometimes...

Every child is different and some babies learn more quickly than other babies. My oldest son learned how to crawl at 6 months old. My youngest son is disabled and he didn't learn to crawl until much later on. He is almost three years old and he learned to crawl army style at 18 months old. My daughter can now crawl and she began doing that last week. She is almost 10 months old. I think your son will be crawling by the time he reaches 9 or 10 months old. Try not to worry and enjoy each stage of your son's development. Good luck.

All children are different. Well my baby is just 5 months old and she is still attempting to crawl. We encourage her to do so, yet she is unable to do it. I dont force her and I am pretty relaxed with her achieving the milestone. Let her take her own sweet time on this.
