Are you happy?

Most people will answer yes to this question without really thinking about it. I want you to evaluate everything in your life. Your job, your house, your relationship, your family, whatever you can think of that has a bearing on your life. Add up all the pros and cons, and tell me: are you happy with your life?
For me, I am definitely happy with my life. I may struggle with things like money from time to time, but I am rich in every other aspect. My girlfriend loves me and I love her so much that it hurts sometimes; my family is extremely supportive of me, and I have my health. So I can always say that I am happy with life. How about you?

When it comes to my relationship, I am extremely happy with it. I have a very supportive, understanding, caring and loving husband for almost 2 years now. We are living together happily although sometimes we have money issues. Above all, we are both happy with our lives and there is nothing to ask for more aside from one thing; a baby. We've been working to have a baby for almost two years and we've been patiently waiting. We know, it will come in God's will.

not a whole lot of need to evaluate here. at present, my life is sucking beyond measure. i have moments of random jubilation here and there. a good man who loves me that i love more than he will prolly ever grasp. i have amazing kids that i adore and cherish and theyre all healthy. plenty to be thankful for.. but am i happy? no.. im really not.
my health.. ? wont bore you with the details, but im in process of finding yet another doctor that might possibly HOPEFULLY actually know wtf theyre doing and fix the problems.
we live with his parents.. that should be pretty self explanatory misery there. while theyre nice and all.. i need my own space and freedoms.
money..? pffft feh yeah ok...
and ive got an ex whose sole goal in his life is to make mine all the more harder.. and he uses my kid to do it.
do i have a ~*Plan*~ to change my circumstanecs so that i eventually CAN be happy? yes.. and its implemented daily. and bit by bit.. im getting there.
ask me this question in 6 months, we see where i am by then

Well....I can say that I am happy. But not totally fulfilled. I am happy with my family. I could be happier if I achieve my dreams. My status now is more on struggle but doesn't mean that it will make me sad.

Happiness is a natural feeling, so I don't think there's something wrong if the person would right away answer Yes if you ask him "are you happy?". If you still have to take time to evaluate before you answer that question, then it's a processed happiness for me (my opinion). You could have time to justify the sadness to turn it into happiness.
While if you ask me now, "am i happy?", YES I AM. It's how I feel at the very moment. And if I evaluate my life, overall of course I would still say YES I AM HAPPY! Life is beautiful, for whatever situation we could be into, life is indeed beautiful, enough reason to make us happy.
Stay happy!

I can say I'm very happy and thankful to God for my life. Not just for the good things but also for some not-so-good things that sometimes come up to test my strength and faith in Him.
Being happy comes from being contented. Some people already have more than what they need but still feel sad because they don't have contentment. We are lucky that we are able to appreciate what He has so blessed us with... :)

I'm also happy. I've quit my job cuz i have to finish my studies to get a better job while my business in my hometown seems to be going great while i'm away. My family had been a great support. I don't have a girlfriend right now but i'm seeing someone and it's turning great. :)

Well, inspecting the pros and cons of my life is very difficult, but I'll try my best. Well, I have school, and I have good grades (good, but neither great nor excellent), a good house, people taking care of me like there's a tomorrow and a future for me, I have a mom that supports me in every way, I have the intelligence to do very good things, I have the potential to be an achiever, etc... There's some bad things too. I have suffered from depression, I have a mental disability (autism), I sometimes feel lonely, and I have some girl problems (no, I don't have a girlfriend yet). SO, adding the cons and the pros, I have many pros and some cons, but overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my life.
