Do you watch the Scary movies Alone....??

I love watching scary movies, and will happily sit alone and watch. I don't think there has ever been a movie that truly scared me but one or two have made me jump a little. Salem's Lot had a scene that made me jump - LOL

I don't watch horror or scary movies, I might end up having a nightmare or heart attack. One time i watch horror movies with my friends, i'm screaming and covering my eyes specially those suspense scene, my heartbeat is very fast and i can't sleep because It came to my mind what I've watched.

Hello there arunmails!! I never watched horror movies alone I have a very strong imagination and I'm really scared I mostly watch with my cousins..and it's on dvd not on big screen!! The last time I've watched those kind movies made me awake whole night because

Most of the times i could watch it alone as long as it is daytime and not during night time. I could also watch during nightime with the whole family and feel not afraid as long as i recondition my mind that it is not true and just made up by one imagination. It is then i become calm and would tend to forget the scary scenes.

Ahhhh. I seldom watch them even if I'm with someone and it's in the daytime. Hahaha. So No, I don't watch them alone, cause I don't watch them at all. LOL. I'm easily scared and I tend to imagine things quite freakily so I try not to watch things that could make my imagination run wild and eventually lose some sleep over it. Hehehe.

Yeah I like certain horror movies..mostly older ones like classic mystery and suspense films. And yeah i usually watch them alone.

Scary movies are my passion.The right atmosphere for me is complete darkness,utter silence,me and my DVD.It is a treat always.

hi arunmails no and I do not go to scary movies with friends either, I just plain do not like scary movies at all. I am not afraid I just do not like most of them. If I were to watch one it w ould be a dvd on television and with my adult son.

I can't watch horror movies alone. They gave me nightmares. :P Even watching them with friends will leave me scared for days. The last scary movie I watched was Paranormal Activity, which I watched with my boyfriend. I didn't' think it was that scary, really. I'm quite glad, really, as my boyfriend wanted to watch it and I didn't particularly care to.

I'm used to watch horror movies alone. Because the scream is the taste, i guess. So it makes me felt more enjoy to see scream movies. turn off the light and then enjoying a scream movie alone with snacks. It's a great idea. I also ever watching together in theather, it's fun but i'm still prefer watching scream movies alone. Have a nice day.

As far as I am concerned, I think I do not like to watch the scary movie at all in my daily life,which amy frightened me a lot. So I just choose not to watch anyone of them at all. Sometimes, at my friends home, they may want to have a look at the scary movie at home, at that moment, I will just run ouf of the house , then went to mt home alone, just do not want to watch the frightened moment then. This may be a better way for me to escape from scared.

Whenever me and my friends watch something scary, I don't really feel the thrill... They are so noisy. i can't watch it... properly. I watch with my brothers sometimes and thank God they are not noisy. We watch the movie in silence and to be honest, it's not so scary when you get used to scary or horror movies. We're used to it so we're not really scared. I like horror movies, it's very entertaining.

I havent tried watching horror movies alone. Im afraid.I look away from the screen if the ghost comes out. And its more fun when you watch it with many people around.

I watched horror movies with my siblings always. We never watched a movie without at least one of us beside each other. Its fun to watch with them because you get to see their faces when something scary happens, and laugh at it. Watching alone is watching you scare yourself.

Ah... *breaths deeply* Don`t be offended, please. It`s just that this is probably the 10th time I see this discussion brought up by different people... Nice to see your opinion on this matter. I`m not scared of any kind of movie, so I don`t need company for that, but it`s good that you have people that can help you not to feel fear when watching those in your case.

well i don't watch scary movies alone but i watch scary movie alone when it's all about zombies cause im fascinated about zombies and i love watching zombie movies but other scary movie i don't watch alone like hell raiser or something scary film

I'm terrified to watch horror movies alone. I know in my head that they're not real, but it honestly doesn't make a difference. I can watch them with friends, but only if I've read all the spoilers first! Haha, that's so pathetic, but it makes it easier if I know what to expect.

ya watching a movie is something special and if it is a thriller then i liked i a great deal ..and if alone then i really loved to be in the situation and there are lot of movies which we have to be in thrill but i loved to watch movie with my friends or family as a case to see their face when they see the same movie and a lot of fun to be in theaters and a place of enjoyment ..if i have a lot of guest to my house then i will be so happy and glad if we watch a movie there..and i loved to watch a movie after any party and there are lot of things we have to know and also if we are with our friends then we will know a lot so that we have a lot of comments from our friends and be great.. if there a scary movie in my area then i will be the first to visit that movie..and i think u will be the same in that thing..go and join with your friends so that u will really enjoy their feeling and that is the thing i love my friends..and there are a lot of things we have o know..i maintain a lot of distance with them so that we will have a close relationship ..hope u loved to see all the movies and to be with your friends and a lot of games we will have with our friends..a lot of best look we have with what we think i think we are in the same line in watching a movie and if there are some movies which is on to be released then tell me ..it will be a great fun..and the next movie will be splice..have fun..happy lotting..

I tried watching The Ring on my own, but it was in our house. It was not even night time, but when the scary parts started rolling, I didn't really want to turn it off so I went around somewhere else in the house. My mom was taking a nap in her room where I was standing by the door, so she asked me what I was doing there, and I didn't want to tell her I was scared of the movie. I was just 13 then, and I told myself I'd never watch horror movies on my own again.

I really enjoy watching horror movies, but I usually watch them with a friend. If I watch them alone, I cant sleep an night, but If I watch it with a friend, its not that scary and we can joke about it later. If your watching with a friend, its like having a guardian protecting your from the horror on the screen.
