i think it is extremely important to eat before and after you workout. This is because working out takes a lot of energy out of your body. If you don't have enough energy to support your workout you could seriously hurt yourself. This also pertains to after working out. It's important to eat something after you work out to bring your energy level back up to the normal levels.

Well, make sure that you have had adequate time for your body to cool down before you eat and you should be okay. In fact, once your body has cooled down, it is actually a good idea to have something to eat or something with protein added to it because your body uses up a lot a lot of protein during a workout and protein is something that is essential for your body. So, a protein shake or a little bit of lean meat would be very good for your body.

It depends on what you are working out for. If you're working out to get big then yeah just eat, and drink lots of water too. But if you're trying to actually get in shape with some muscle tone, or lose weight, then don't eat right away. Let your body burn off that excess energy already inside of you. Wait a couple hours then eat.

I think that will be dependin on what kind of body type you want to have or achieve. If your the type who just wants to lose weight then you can eat a lil just dont forget to discipline yourself when i said a little lol . Now if your the type who wants to have those mass of muscles theres alot of protein shake or protein rich food that you should be eating after work out or after a few hours of working out. Then the last one if you just want to have a lean body like mine hahaha then its ok to eat just make sure that your metabolism is pretty good and always remember that too much of just bout anything is bad for your health too

Hi, You may have problems if you eat before work out. After workout you have no problems att all and you should eat to recover some proteins that you loose while training.
