Want to exercise... Which one is beneficial...exercising on foot or riding a bicycle? I find walking and running a great time spending the exercising hours and kinda relaxing too but when I get tired too much I can't seem to continue anymore.Bicycling on the other hand is fast faced for me for I can still go further and faster than walking and running with the same amount of time and energy...so I do walking/running on weekdays and long bicycling hours on the weekends..

I think walking is more relaxing as an exercise. Bicycling can be more exerting but does not necessarily give the same feeling of elation after the strain as does walking. Even jogging or running are more exerting than walking. One should not aim for overexerting, but maintain a simple exercise for the bodies organs to function properly. Therfore, walking, somewhat briskily without strain is the best.

yes, exercising on foot is more relaxing and it also offer time to think when you are walking on the other hand riding the bicycle offers excitement and suspense specially when you are also racing with other bicycles or vehicles

Both have different benefits but I exercise on foot. I like having it that way cause its actually easier for me to do my exercise on foot rather than ride a bicycle. I easily sweat when on foot but I dont easily sweat on bicycle so I'd rather exercise on foot.

Riding a bike is better i think. First of all, you must save your time at the weekdays when you have to go to work, that's to say you can cycle to your work. Running everyday will make you too tired

I personally prefer exercising on feet when I do exercising. Most of the time in fact, in fact, I cannot even remember that the last time where I even got on a bicycle. I just like a bit of control when I exercise and a bicycle tends to veer a bit when I am riding it. There is less of a chance of an injury when walking as opposed to riding. Now bicycling is a great form of exercise but it is just not for me. Plus, I enjoy having time to think to myself when I am exercising. That is something that I really cannot do when I am bicycling. You need to really pay attention to something like that. However, I can in fact do that when I am walking. Therefore, I can get my exercise and have some time to contemplate what I am doing. So, walking for sure, on foot, as it allows me to have enough time to think.
