How many times do you brush your teeth everyday?

Do you brush daily? How many times a day?We are busy in a daily life bit we can't live without brushing our teeth at least three times a day right? or are there people in this century that doesn't brush their teeth? are you one of them?I sometimes brush my teeth just twice a day when i feel lazy but really now, it is not comfortable specially when talking to people when you haven't brush your teeth, it feels like they can smell or they will know that you haven't brushed...feels gross

me,,?? i brush only twice,,, they say its good to brush twice only,,, the dentist say,, too much brushing your teeth is losing your fluoride on your teeth,, do you believe n that,??? sometimes i only brush once a day,,!! :) thats only a joke!!

I brush my teeth 3 times a day. I think that's enough and that's helathy. I sometimes brush my teeth twice too whenever I feel lazy. There are some people who brushes their teeth 5 times a day. I think that's too much and that's not healthy.

Twice, once after awake and once before go to bed. I usually drink more water when my mouth smell bad. How are you going to brush your teeth when you are not at home? Bring your toothbrush and toothpaste? By the way, I dont think it is good to brush so long or so many times in a single day Happy myLotting:)

hello welcome to mylot As soon as i get up and enter toilet i brush my teeth, next after each meal and the last before going to bed, all my teeth are intact even at age of 64.. Thank you so much for this nice discussion, cheers God bless you. Prof
