i need help for alertpay verifaication

i want to verify my alertpay account so i submitted two documents like a scan of my billing statement and identification card. though they already accpeted it then next to that they ask me to verify my visa card and still waiting for the code. now heres my problem, they said to verify my mobile number and when it tried to enter the the number it says that the number is invalid, i tried to put 63906xxxx, then 906xxxx, and even the 0906xxxx but it says invalid as that the 3 ways of entering the number if the other one didnt work. i wonder whats the correct way to enter my mobile number there, is theres anyone here from philippines who already verify their alertpay account. or can i withdraw money to my bank even if my alertpay is unverify, tnx
