It depends on many things but at least twice a day. It has nothing to do with being busy or lazy: it´s part of a minimum dose of cleanness for me. I use the time I would in putting on makeup as I don´t do that. So nothing is lost in a matter of time.

I usually brush my teeth twice a day. After I get up, the first thing I do is to brush my teeth. It has two functions: clean my mouth and help me keep a good condition. Before I go to bed, brushing teeth is also an indispensable process, which could help me sleep well without the uncomfortable feeling in my mouth. Every time after I finish eating my dinner, I always clean my mouth by water.

I brush my teeth 3 times a day. I think that's enough and that's healthy. I have to brush my teeth daily, it's a must!

of course I brush my teeth every day. every bath I always brush my teeth. before bed I brush my teeth. even after eating I also brush my teeth. how busy I always took time to brush my teeth. I did not feel confident talking to people if not brushing my teeth.

i brush when I wake up because I cannot stand having that slimy stuff on my teeth, and then again before bed so as not to get cavities and what not. I also floss at these times. I make sure I have time though I spend what 10 min.s. total a day.

I hope no one will miss this.
No matter what ever you are busy this is the first work any one takes up - if delayed also he/she has to brush the teeth - otherwise it looks shabby.
And, brushing makes you fresh inviting the early morning to start eating.
Of course habit varies from person to person some even take bed tea before brushing their teeth.
