Bux/PTC sites teams, do they work?

Who makes these teams? Are they breaking any Tos's? Are they sucesfull?

I thought maybe you were referring to referral rings. I am not interested in them. I don't have the time required to participate in them. I have way to many projects going on..sometimes I have a hard time covering all of my bases daily

If I put together a ring it would work...because I would know and trust everyone involved. I can't be the judge of other rings.
