Boredom Haiku

I am not that bored Because I need more Money For my tuition fees Basically that is what I need right now and yes like you I'm sleepy I sleep to get rid of boredom

Baby on my boob Closing eyes, go to dream land Mommy dozes too

I wrote this poem about boredom a while ago, I think I put it on here somewhere before but thought you may like it. Boredom I can knit and I can crochet, I can read and I can write, I can use a computer, So, why am I bored tonight? There's plenty in the house That I could and should do. So why am I not doing it? Does this happen to you? There's gardening and cross stitch And photography to try But am I doing anything? Oh no, not I. I'm sitting here bemoanin' The fact that I am bored. Oh, look I wrote a poem! I think the poems finished. So I will have to go Right back to being bored And watch a TV show.

Boring assignment But it earns money online Guess I'll go research. MyLot is my place It puts a smile on my face. I'd rather be posting.

hi dawn; sat down to type and I was so sleepy I slept Now I am awake. I did go d own and get my breakfast and came back up there to start mylotting only to fall asleep at my keyboard, so rather that get another black eye falling over and hitting the keyboard , I laid down and took a nap, not something I do that often in the day time. maybe i was just following my doctor's order, elevate your feet. he he.hate taking naps in the daytime.

I doodle and draw, or play online. I like the boredom haiku idea! I must try that. I like that haiku does not have to rhyme. My boyfriend and I end all our e-mails to each other with a little rhyme and after 5 months and several e-mails each day, I am running out of things that rhyme! Maybe I will switch it up and start in on the haiku!

I am not so bored like yesterday and Monday That makes it boring

Hi dawn, I don't get bore easily as I just while away my time playing games on Facebook, lol! I am on CountryLife and before I know it, It is time for bed, the only thing tha bores me is hubby when he gets home, he attend to talk about same old things, that is if he is not talking about his bikes, lol! Hi DAwn, I do the following ritual... 1. do some strething exercise, count aloud 2. do office yoga and jsut concentrate on your breathing 3. find a funny person in your office 4. think of someone that will shake the nerves in you hehehehehehe 5. stand up and have a brief walk even inside the office ...effective for me...i hope it will for you too! cheers dawn!

Here is my attempt at it. :) So dawn felt sleepy as she stared at her computer, first it was the colors that crossed the boundaries, and the letters that got smudged, she dozed, and woke up just in time to keep her neck intact. The risks helped her realize she shouldnt get bored, and even if she felt sleepy, she shouldnt sleep, but the nice lunch that she had at mid day, once again started making her sleepy, so she decided she would type a nice letter to her dear friend, and she started well enough, somewhere in between the friend was forgotten, and some facts that were not to be revealed were revealed, not exactly but adequately, and to make matters worse, Dawn's boss just walked upto her table. Fearing that she'd be caught doing something she shouldnt in the office hours, Dawn tried to save the mail, before sending it. Instead, she pressed send! Now, here comes the crucial angle - the friend is the boss's wife. And what Dawn should not have told is about Boss cheating on her! Hope this works as boredome Haiku for you. :)

My motivation has disappeared I fear Need a kick in th rear

hi downald, i am also sleepy in the day time ,when i am on the work,but i could not overcome that sleepy while on the work,but i do not feel boredom,because i am doing work in a TV show room,there are lot of TVs is there for entertainment,but we have not find a leisure time at present due to summer season,have a nice day

I'm a little late in responding, but you should have gone for a walk down by the lake and checked out the birds and little birdies. That's what I would have done. I hate being bored!
