Do you know foods that can gain weight?

My friend ask me how do to gain weight, cause i have a chubby body, I said to her that it depends on your metabolism, she's so skinny and I have no idea what food she will eat I just advised her to eat as much as she wanted to..Do you have any idea?

Bananas apart from giving energy also adds to our weight.Extra intake of sweets also adds to our weight.THis has to be temepred in accordance with one's health and age.

In our country there is a mindboggling variety of bananas and most of them add to our weight and are rich in nutritive content too. But they do add to our weight.I have seen this happen to me personally.

I think by taking more carbs it's will make us fat. Food like breads,rice, potatoes, bananas are good souces of carbs. cheers.

advise your friend to eat something that contains carbohydrate. Carbohydrate is well known to increase weight. I think milk, cheese and egg also good for gaining weight. Some people said that excercise also can help to gain weight, but I don`t know whether it is true or not.

I think many kinds of food can gain weight.first,you should keep a balance food to make sure your physical health is good.like egg and milk.maybe chocolate is a best choice.It has much calories in it.and eat rice and noodles or bread.you should eat as much as possible you can.best wishes to you.

hell0 Acey! well, many people complaint that they have gained weight after eating some certain food and that they just can't lose it, without any hard diets. for me all the food that isn't vegetable and fruit one can gain weight, just because of the proteins and the fats that it contains. but the most important here is not, which food can gain weight, but how should we all eat in order to be in a good shape and not to gain to much weight, because as we know in many European countries and in the usatoo, there are more and more children and teenagers who have a weight above the quota, and that's really scary, because the fats around our organ and especially the heart can be and are very dangerous. So that's why no matter what kind of food we eat, we must know how much of it can we eat per day, how many times per day, or even how many times per week, because as we all know hamburgers for an example make fat, and if we eat one or two hamburgers every day at the same time we will definitely gain weight, but if we eat 2-3 hamburgers a week on Monday, Thursday and Saturday for an example then we won't gain weight because of them. it's the same with all the meat meals, the fat ones, the fried meals and so on and so on!

Have lots of chocolates and soft drinks.You are bound to gain weight within days.You can also put a lot of cheese and butter in your food.Try to go for more carbohydrates and fats.And the most important is try to have a proper sleep at night.Its really important for youe body to absorb what you eat.

As kalav said,bananas are said to help gain weight.They are full of carbohydrates,so good for weight gain.but the sensible thing is to not gain just weight.Your friend should try to eat healthy food overall so that she gains weight steadily.gaining weight by eating sweets,or fatty food will cause harm in the long run since we hardly get any nutrients from fatty food or sweets.You have given her sound advice,to eat well.Excercse is essential too,as that will help your friend to build muscle.

I don't think that it's so much what you eat. It's more how much of it you eat. I'll bet that your friend eats small quantities. Add lots of starches like pasta, potatoes, corn, bread etc.

Diet and nutrition is the most important factor in wanting to gain weight. Tell your friend to include high protein like fish preferrably not in a can ( salmon, tuna , sardine, macarel), dairy products, and meat, and also high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats like fruits, grains and vegestables,

hi acey76, Tell her to eat chicken, sausages, burger, kebab. Its safe to eat for her because she is skinny. Please u don't try to eat to eat this as your body is chubby. Just joking. Thank you happy mylotting
