i think ryanair is cheaper than easyjet in general i remember that a flight for spain was only 40 euros..on easyjet was about 90 euros..for example..generally it depends from destinations but ryanair is really cheap as prices..

I traveled in 2008 from Bristol to Riga on Ryan Air. I paid about £100 for myself and my son. That included taking my son's travel cot. I thought the fare added up considerably during the booking process. In traveled in 2007 from Bristol to Faro in Portugal on Easy Jet. I paid about £70 for myself and my son.
Both Ryan Air and Easy Jet are low cost carriers. They have a low basic fare but add airport tax, fuel surcharges and baggage costs. I think the fares for checked baggage are most unfair. There is talk they might even begin to charge for a toilet on board and it so that would be super mean.
Prices differ depending on distance and how popular the destination is. Mid July to late August have the highest fares. Bargain fares are possible in other months. I went to Riga in Early summer and to Faro in the autumn.
