A good night sleep is a good way to put out stress. If it is not effective then try to go to a massage parlor. A great massage will surely put your stress away

I exercise. It is a fantastic stress reliever. And it helps keep me in shape. It is supposed to release endorphins which make us all feel better.

I take my life one day at a time and a lot of the time, one thing at a time. There is no reason to have a meltdown by thinking too far ahead. I think that there is where a lot of stress comes from, worrying about the future where I should be focused on what I am doing there. So there are a lot of times where I feel overwhelmed and yeah, there is just a great deal of stress to be sure.
So how do I deal with stress when it comes? I take a step back from what I am doing and pretty much move away to an isolated area, to take a few deep breaths. If it is all possible, I put on some music to help calm me down. Also chocolate always helps if I can eat it. Chocolate does tend to calm me down a lot of the time and help relieve stress. Most of all, I try to take a few minutes to catch my breath before returning to the task at hand if that is what is causing me stress. Still anything that I do to relax is rather helpful.
In the end, stress will always be a part of life. A big part for a lot of people, depending on their ability to cope with everything. I think I try and do what I can to eliminate the stress, but there are times where it just overwhelms me. That means it is time to step back and get away with what is causing my nerves to be slightly fried.

I cope with stress simply buy lazying around and when I do that, I usually go to my hometown cause I can be sure that I wont do anything there not even wash the dishes or mop the floor. I also cope with stress buying doing very simple things, like watching a movie or eating my favorite food. When I divert my mind of the things that I am suppose to think about, I always think about it as the way to cope with stress.

The best way to cope up with stress is to avoid situation that would put you into stressful situation. I avoid company of people who think negatively. I have duplicate keys for everything. If I lose one or can't find one I will have another. I always have sufficient copies of the document. If I find anything is not working properly, I get it repaired immediately. I avoid wearing tight fitting clothes, which would make me feel uncomfortable. I always anticipate my needs. I look at problems as challenges. This is not all. Someone told me there are 101 ways to avoid stress, but not one to cope up.

There is always a reason for every thing like stress also and as it is said find the motive and u find the murderer so just try to tackle the reason and solve the problem and the stress because of that problem will automatically go away

The best way to cope with stress is to not think about it too much. Yes, that is easier said than done, but we can always try. Just be happy and enjoy every second of life. always wear a big smile. Eat, dance, sing your heart out, just pause, breathe and think about nothing.
