Congested All The Time

I have been suffering from nasal congestion and loss of smell for about 7 years. I used to live up north around the New York state area and moved away in 1996. I now live in Southern Georgia and the pollen in the air is terrible it keeps me congested and my sinuses are always bothering me. Sometimes I wanna go back north. Then I think about the cold and snow and realize that's not a good idea. I can't stand the cold and snow.

Hi, I can give you tips for some home remedies in your sinusitis. Put a luke warm water in a small basin and put some salt, diluted in the water. Then you can sniffed the salted water. Do this twice a day, every morning and before going to bed in the evening.

Hey maybe you should try an area where there's not much pollen and its not too cold like california.Also I'm assuming you've gone to the doctor? This sounds pretty serious to be congested all the time or maybe natural remedies or herbs can help.
