Is there really no one who would complain about this?

hmmmmm..... I just joined today. So, I can't really offer any insight on this. It is something worth noting though! what have the Heads here at MyLot told you? surely you've contacted them about it?

Hi, neildc. I am sorry to hear about this. But I don't check my notifications at all. I will just come onto myLot to see what all discussions that my friends have started. I have no particular friend that I want to see post a discussion, so I will just comment on any when I log onto myLot. Even if 100 friends of mines made posts, I still would be unable to post a response to all of their discussions. So, it really would not make me any difference. For others, it would, and I am very sorry that I can't change that. Hopefully, myLot can since this is causing problems into being notified and earning money.

I have been getting my notifications. I think it is only certain people. Did you report it?

Hi Neil, That happened to me a fews ago and I wondered what has happened, it is really annoying and time consuming to have to go over to the home page to find new disussions from friends, hope it will sort itself out for you soon, hugs. Tamara

I had this problem for the first three weeks of April but now it is fixed. I think it is a computer problem. I just went to the home screen and picked my discussion out eah day. It was more trouble that's for sure.

I do not have any problems with the notification, I received a notice every day in my email. I also always wait for notification from Mylot, but I do not have to wait, because every time I open the email, a notification from Mylot already exists in my email.

Hi neil, The problem was there before a week and now it is working well. I think that time; we Indians faced the problem much. Now it is your turn, I think. Please no need to worry the administration will sort out the problem very soon. Alice is watching all of us. I know it is annoying when not getting notifications about friend's topics. At that time I also checked the home page to know about friend's topic. Even now I am keeping the same habit of checking home page if there is any missing notification.

In my case my friend it is not happening at all. I've been receiving notifications regularly actually so I have nothing to complain on this issue. I wonder why you are not receiving your notifications? Well in order not lose money then you can always go to your friends's discussions and select which ones are worth being commented.

HI neildc.. I haven't been around mylot for months already but still I continuously receive email noitfications in my mail.As for the earnings I didn't notice anything. I left around a dollar the last time I logged in the site, and as of today, it is still the same. How's mylot doing lately? Any other glitches?

I get all notification except when someone send me a friend request, some time ago it worked and then started to have back problems and the Admin strive to fix it.

Due to numbers if notifications received , i hardly notice the problem you did encounter. One thing i noticed though is the delay between the notification after a discussion is posted. There are times that i already responded to a discussion but haven't received a notice in my email yet. So far i don't have any complaints since i have a lot of notifications coming and i can't seem to respond to all of it.

Neildc, there have being alot of complains already through discussion as i think Mylot admin will be trying right now to fix the issues that are causing it, but for me am still ok, i get enough already and wouldn't want so much because i haven't been able to respond to all ny friends new discussions started.

i regularly receive notification from mylot and i really don't have problem with it so far i join mylot only this month

Its not happening to me, all my alerts are comming through, have you checked your friends page? maybe you accidentally changed it so that your alerts arn't comming through, if you cant figure it out send a message to mylot and ask if they can help you with this matter, i hope this helps :)

This is something you need to let admin know about. Go to the bottom of the page, contact button, when asked about the problem on the drop down menu choose other and then tell them what you are having happen. It happened to me two weeks ago, but it is better now.

I have been a member here for over 4 years and this problem comes up periodically, admin, needs to be notified of the problem so that it can be fixed. The problem doesn't always affect everyone, I'm not a technical person so I have no idea how it does or doesn't work, just that it can be a problem from time to time, but it doesn't always affect all. For me it's a problem because I go through my emails and respond to discussions from friends, I rarely use the intersts sections to find discussions. Advise admin of your problem and sit back and wait for them to fix it, they are usually great at fixing problems. Happy Mylotting!

Hmmm.. I'm not experiencing not receiving all the alerts because I am receiving mine on time and instantly. Perhaps there's a problem with the internet connection in your area or you may need to refresh your browser for the moment. I don't think we're losing earning when the notifications doesn't come in because it's already posted there in the site. The notification is just there to let you know that someone has responded to your discussion.

At this point, if that were to happen again I would not complain because I have 800 and some emails that I am trying to go through and clear out before it goes back up again as it has been doing.

I’m in Australia so I tend to respond to notifications a little later but as far as I can see I am receiving all my notifications on time. Have you reported this problem to admin? It may happen that there may a slight delay from when the discussion was started to when we receive notification but aside from that I have no problem. My advice is to send a message to admin.

I never had an experience like. I always received all the discussions of all my friends. Even the comments of all the comments that I've commented. I can say that there is no alerts that I did not receive.
