Do you still read the TERMS and CONDITIONS before you join to a site??

Personally, I don't have much time to read TERMS and CONDITIONS before I join any sites. Although it's important but sometimes I just checked it. Whenever I sit on the computer I'm making most of my time to finished every earning task that I need to, daily, and because I have a lot to do. So apparently there are sites that get "paid to sign-up" so when you are filling-up the registration form of the site, you can all see there the TERMS and CONDITIONS if you agree with it or not., well I just checked and usually "accept". Like I said I don't have much time to read it, it will take me so long and it would be a waste of time for me if I'm gonna finished reading on it, I rather spend my time on making money but if I have extra time then I would give a time to read this TERMS and CONDITIONS...so how about you? any reactions about this? what do you think?

Yah, but some that posted on forums are deceiving so that people who wants to joined to will be attracted even though they have few members and they are absolutely SCAMMER! Some Admin of the sites just created fake payment proofs or just edited, to show everyone that they are payable and legit sites!

I normally only read them if they are wanting me to pay or if I have time I will look over them. I dont think I have ever read all of them. I dont think that anyone reads all of them. If they do they must have a lot of time on their hands and I would love to have some of it. lol

Yah, time is important and sometimes we're making the most of our time to things important for us, for own reason. And I understand how we value our time but on some areas of our lives we have to be patience so we might not complain about what bring us...

Admittedly, I also don't read the terms and conditions and rather just hit the check box that says I have. If there's a text area with the terms and conditions I scroll to the bottom of it, then I go back and hit the check box as I've found sometimes there's an auto alert that picks up if the terms and conditions aren't scrolled to the bottom.

Do you think anyone has so much time to read the terms and conditions. No, I don't think so. I don't have time to read so but if needed I read it when it is absolutely required. Yes, I have read the terms and conditions of certain sites but not all. Joining doesn't require though. I think most of people does the same. As you said, you too doesn't have so much time. Yes, there are many sites infact most of the sites has terms and condition which we really don't know.Once we breach any rules, we read it and come to know what went wrong..

Well actually I've learned from it so I'm taking to read just those important rather than not at all. Even if it's too long, maker of the site didn't put Terms and Conditions because it isn't required, it is. However the problem is in people who joined on it, they just ignore it until they discover that they've encountering some problems on the site and keep complaining about this and that...Don't wait on that situation if you can do it at first.

I try to read the terms and conditions of the site before I join them. Sometimes they are not compatible with me and then I would just waste time with them. But I do think that most of the Terms and Conditions that I read are pretty much repetitive. So I just have to skim through them most of the time.

IF i have the time and when i'm in the mood, yes. but mostly i don't read it because they're just too long to read LOL. I'm not a fan of reading anything long because i have short attention span lol. I do read the faqs though. :D

almost nobody I believe reads these instructions as they are too long and written with really small letters as to make you not read them.Probably there is something we should find out from there but we usually really don't have enough time and will to read them.

it's not to easy to be a maker of a site and put TERMS and CONDITIONS to those who just want to read it. I've never seen a site that we a force to read it coz they understand that we have free will or choices that we can make, but they are liable to any members who joined on their site, they're responsible for what may happen. But we used blame the maker of the site when somethings go wrong in our account, even the if the problem is us...And we should understand how everything really works, specially over the net. Everyone must be careful so no one won't blame anyone or anything.,unless if it's really a full of LIES or SCAM!

I'm afraid I hardly ever read the terms and conditions before I join a site. I know I should, but they always look so long and boring, and I mostly want to just join the site and start using it. Also I just don't have the time to sit there reading long screeds of writing like that. As I am a fairly conservative person I know that I am not going to go against their terms and conditions even if I don't know what they are! Does that make sense?

Before, I used to not to read the terms and conditions of a site before joining. But nowadays, I take extra care reading the terms and conditions because I've been getting a lot of spam mail. The terms and conditions of sites do explicitly cite that they will forward your email address to third party marketing companies that will try to sell you something. So, if I see that on the terms and conditions, I stay away from that site. I also check out the terms and conditions to see if the site has any limitations on international members.

I agree with you, because I'm experiencing spam mails until now because I guess that sites that I joined to before. I haven't read it all but the time that I'm getting some trouble receiving mails that I didn't asked to and I'm being careful that it might get hacked our computer system here., so I sometimes I take time to read Terms and Conditions before I join to any sites...Thanks for you comment! Happy Mylotting!

I used to not read them at all, but then I worried about what kind of legal trouble I could get into posting something that was against the rule. Rules I hadn't read. Now I still don't read everything in every Terms and Conditions. They're very long and repetitive. I read the headings on each paragraph and skim through the paragraph until I understand the important bits.

I read them, fully all the way through, and I look for gotcha's. Like, oh, we can terminate your account at any time for any reason, and other things, specific to network marketing such as, you must provide ongoing recruitment, or we will terminate.
I am very fussy about this, I understand that the TOS is a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT between you the user, and the company that hosts the site. I like mine, with my network marketing company, not even a page long. Takes 5 minutes to read.
The really long ones though, those people are trying to pull one over on ya, that is why they make them long and almost indecipherable, so they can put little things in there, in the 25th or so page that say, they don't have to pay you, if they don't want to, nah nah nah boo boo, so there HA.
I may be slightly passionate about this topic. I strongly encourage you to make the time to read, and understand, and agree with them. Of course it is up to you, and when they don't pay you
With appreciation.

Honestly sometimes I really don't understand some stuff there even I'm trying to understand to, so what I did is ignore it and forget about some stuff and continue on the site. But recently one of my account has been suspended I don't know why but I'm just shocked and wondering what's wrong, or, what did I do. Anyway, I really appreciated your comment and I will consider that whenever I would like to join on any sites, Thanks!

Hi,
The Terms & Conditions is always in a very 'fine print'.
The sentences is so long-winded and making my eyes 'blur'
I do not read it unless I feel something amiss. I too prefer
to read the FAQ.
However, if I join any contest online, I will read the 'Terms & Conditions'
to make sure I adhere to the rules or else I risk being penalized.
I come across real life situation where contestants were
penalized due to breaking the terms & conditions.

As far as I'm concerned I guess you should be able to read it even just once or a couple of minutes so you should understand how the sites are working to, because some says here that you might gonna regret at the end because you didn't ready the Terms and Conditions...
