I am of the opinion that we never bother to take preventive measures to avoid a possible health hazard taking place in the future.
For example we all know well that walking is the best health preserving method which not only keeps one fit physically but also helps the body function well metabolically which helps prevent many diseases attacking the various organs of the body. But rarely it is taken seriously.
Where as when somebody is ill we move heaven and earth to see that the persons gets well without bothering for expenses. This kind of a situation could have been prevented had some small steps are taken in day to day life.
We don't know how much we are eating that actually the body needs in spite of that we neglect taking dietary supplements that help keep body immune system fit.
Most of the times we adopt wait and see approach in health matters.
What are your views..

Hello,
You are absolutely right. Whatever u hv written fits perfectly in my case. My doctor advises me to take regular walk, but though I am awake at 5am, I find too many excuses for not going for a walk. Then again, knowing fully well which food products are not good for my health, many a times, I indulge in eating them. I hate drinking milk but take three different types of calcium tablets to improve my bone density. One calcium powder I am supposed to take stirred in milk, once a month only. Though the doctor had started this medicine in December, but till date I am still to take it. I do not know why I am so lazy?
