I started this discussion as I am getting bugged up by the spell check in mylot. I use British English, while mylot uses the US version. I think mylot should provide spell check using the country of the person. Also it is funny that the dictionary says 'mylot' is a mistake. Why cant they already add this word to the dictionary. I am seriously getting bugged up by this. Is there any way by which we can change the dictionary for spell check.

Theres a spell check? wow i didn't notice, it doesn't really matter anyway does it? just re-read what you have written and if it makes sense to you post it, you dont need a spell check in another form of english, just make sure to check for obvious spelling mistakes.

You are right Dark_void23, there is no spell check in MyLot, and just go with your gut, it is what works best.
markleob, and pranay, it is not MyLot with the spell checker, rather it is your web browser. That is why it is all in US language, just add the words that bother you when they get underlined, only takes a second.
With Appreciation.

From my pc at work words do come underlined, but from home - no. I use the same browser with the same properties

well, it would be really nice, but I guess that you mean a spell checker not a dictionary, but a dictionary would be something really great!
well, for a spell checker you can use opera internet browser- it has an integrated spell checker

yeah... but you can still continue on commenting and posting those wrong spelled words.. in fact i dont put apostrophes on words ike dont, doesnt, shouldnt, and a lot...
that is because the site is protecting and dont want people to post badwords in their native language that are not in english dictionary...
to make it fair and to make sure that the commentators here dont do that, they make american english as the standard language here....
anyway, i dont mind getting those corrections as long as i was able to share what is in my mind....
