Do all swimmers have smimmers ears?

The purpose of these if to know if most of them is having a problem with their ears which called swimmers ears!

I don't have the problem.When i was a child i swam in the river near my house.I just feel that when i open my eyes in the water my eyes will have a little painess.We have two ears and the air outside it is equation .Your ears will not drink the water!
