What is the best car brand?

There is an influx of car brands in the market today, giving lots of choices for people who want to purchase a car. My family is also planning to have one in the next few months. We're figuring out the brand of car that's durable and doesn't consume much gas. Please help me. Thanks.

I believe wolkswagen make best cars because quality of german cars are very good.

I have to agree it's toyota because it almost never breaks very durable but i don't like their design. I'm also buying a car and haven't decided yet. Of all toyotas that i saw i only like the corola that looks a bit like opel astra which is a great looking car in my opinion(for the price). Hope it helps
