Seems that McAfee, our beloved anti-virus that everybody though it was awesome[not me, exchanged it like 7years ago for AVG since AVG cleaned stuff that McAfee didn0t and I trust more on stuff that work lool yep, even if lots of people are against AVG, I still prefer it to others :D] gone crazy and started to freeze pcs after seeing a file of windows as a virus.
This ended with lots of hospitals, school and companies having their pcs in perma reboot just in new york.
The problem doesn't happen to consumer versions but happens with others.

So, who will now still use McAfee after this? Got already something like this that made you exchange anti-virus? I exchanged once when McAfee couldn't clean 32 different versions of a virus and a simple install of AVG = done in secs lol

You should try using ESET NOD 32 antivirus. Its much better and lighter than McAfee. I used to use Quick heal till 2009 but Quick heal 2010 isnt the best option right now. Even AVG 8 was good once, but used to slow down the system to a great extent.
Try ESET NOD32, it works well and doesnt slow down your system.

It does seem a bit ironic doesn't it? I will still use it. Everything has a glitch or two nowadays.
