I think its because women are more expressive the men. They tend to be more open with their feeling.

hi,the brought up from child hood and basically NATURE gave them physically and mentally slight weal than men....now they are trying to get rid of that feeling..they get success to some extent..

Men are emotional too, they just show it in different ways.
