Okay, here's just a thought that has been bothering me for quite a while. You see, ever since my nephew lived with us it seems that everyone around the neighborhood also has a kid or a child in their homes. Therefore, I would easily notice which is a cry baby and which isn't.
Now, my question. Do you think that the genes of these kids has gotten to do with their crying attitudes? What I'm trying to say is, is being a crybaby hereditary? The child of our other neighbor seems to be crying all the time, while the other neighbor's seemed to be quiet all the time. I can't say about environment because we all have the same environment as to the quality of air in our area. The area is very quiet and peaceful.
What do you think?

I think babies adopt for what they have in there environment, I observed my baby she do or imitate what she saw on her play ground or she is being curious for what the people around her is doing. Then she start to react for that.

Oh yeah, they say that babies or children are like sponges, they absorb everything so fast and they absorb things that you don't want them to absorb generally.
Which is why parents, siblings, relatives and other people should be careful of what they say or do in front or in the vicinity of a child because it will mimic as fast as it could and once they get it, it'll be difficult to erase it.
I could remember my nephew. He's about 2 and my brother (his uncle) is a funny guy and taught him some funny quote and ended up sounding bad, he really did his best to erase it from the kid's mind. Now, he was really in trouble.

But you don't have the same environments behind closed doors do you? You don't really knows what goes on in eveyones house.
I don't know if it's a genetic response just a response that kids generally make when they don't ght their own way. I think that the more a child is stimulated and the more attention it gets, the less of a cry baby he or she is.

As with any human issue it's the nature vs nurture debate. However, I believe that pretty much everything to do with human behavior involves both. Factors involved here would be:
-child's temperment
-child's personality type (though this is not a huge factor as personality type develops over time
-adult reaction to the crying - is it being reinforced?
-child's overall environment
It's all variable and definitely not directly genetic.

yeah there are babies that really cries for no reason and some cry to get your attention if they need something. My baby cries whenever he wants something so I knew what he want by looking our clock on the wall. They said, the baby that always cry for no reason is not happy during his waking hours. and those babies that are quite are happy and contented during their waking hours, But all babies cries since they don't know how to talk yet! but the environment that they are awake does affect their emotions.!
