Suspicious activity what?

I have not even heard of the mylot search. I will use it if we get some money for it. I am using inbox search tool for now. I get paid on that account. I guess I didn't install it when I was asked. Maybe it was something you searched for, or a site you went to that had potentially dangerous spy ware.. that's what it sounds like. But I would contact mylot!

I have been using mylot search ever since it is establised here. So far I have not been unlucky to get that warning sign. The only message that popped up is telling me how much I've earned and it comes once in two days.

Hi Dawn, Since i experienced receiving some reward from browsing the mylot web, i started to use it regularly. i love surfing and searching the net. i always received such notification. and when i received it i stop and just go back afterwards. ten it will work again.

Hey... I have had this experience a couple of times.. I was really puzzled, as I hadn't done anything suspicious. First I thought, it was some software problem... But it happened the second time, I stopped using the search engine here... I don't want to get banned... LOL... I feared that I would get banned, if this suspicious activity tag kept coming up... Why does this happen?

This search thing has always made me wonder. Gives so and so result. Never tried to reward me and now... I think I'll try it till I max out. Hopefully they bar only searching for me. Can't do without other things

that happened to me too. funny thing though, i was researching Christian organizations with the mylot search engines. thought that was rather ironic...

no, I haven't gotten that - had a few times where I had to keep changing my search to find what I was looking for - heck, to find ANYTHING at all, but I haven't had that problem.

Well, after 20 searches in one day, it probably thought you were just searching to try to get rewarded...

Hello DAwnW, I've used the search engines before(I rarely or never use it now) I have experience a message that pop-ups like that. They make sure that the search engine is not abused. I think they need to do something about it.

I use the MyLot search but I don't get web results for some reason, so I just use it to search for interesting discussions. When I first started to use it I used it a lot, so after a while I did get that message. I have now cut down on using it so much and just use it when I think of something I feel like talking about. There is probably some sort of cap on using it and when you reach it it blocks you, but this cap is only for like for a day as the next day I could use it again just like normal. I'm not sure if you are really flagged as being suspicious though, it might just be a deterrent.

we are supposed to use it but it also states we are not to abuse the feature as we are paid for using the searchbar so i expect that the amount you can use it is limited to not let it be abused?

No, I have not. As a matter of fact I'm enjoying the searching. I have had a few with not results listed. HOpefully you and admin can straighten this out??

That message usually pops up if you search too fast. Give it a few minutes and you can use the search option again. Make sure to give a few moments interval to avoid the pop up.

Yes, I have also encountered this sometimes.. I use the search engine to lok for certain discussions, and then this message pops up. So I have to wait for a few hours to use it again.

I do not understand why you got that message instead of a message that notifies you of an award. Maybe the Mylot search has got buggy? I have not used it in a few days, but usually when I do I get a reward every few days or so. Thus far I have not received a suspicious activity message (and hope not to). I hope this gets straightened out for you soon. That is too bad you did not get a reward for using the search engine the first time! I always do.
