i have a bad habit to sleep late in the night ???

i don't know what i think so that make me difficult to get bed early in the night. sometime i think about myself like this : i think how about my future, and i feel my life just so so there is no significant delopment i have for reaching the good future of mine. it is one of what i think if i feel difficult to get bed... and many more!!! what of you have the experiences as what i feel ???

Is it a bad habit, or just your body clock? Some of us are just wired to be night owls.

Yeah I think you really think "too much", that's whats keeping you awake, just like me, we think about the same things before going to bed. To divert my attention to the things I think about, I read a book (an interisting one). Why don't you try it, hope it can help you sleep.

I also sometime face this same problem of not being able to sleep though I am already in bed. It may happens due to many reason like I am not feeling that much tired or some times I had enough sleep during the day time. I also think about things that are related with my day to day life.

I am like you i have the problem of not being able to go to sleep as sometimes i do not feel tired and other times i am tired but there are alot of things going on inside my head.I think of ways that i can make money for the things that i need aswell as the things that i want.

Yeah I do have the same habit as yours. Thoughts keep me from sleeping. And there's just too many of them, I can't get to sleep unless I let these thoughts get into my mind or else, I'll get more bugged. LOL

It seems to me like you think too much. Most of us have probably been guilty of thinking things like this about our lives, especially at night as we are trying to fall asleep.
I get like this often and meditation or deep breathing usually helps me. Try not to think too much and relax a little more before you go to bed.
