Recently I received a small payment of less then 50c to my PayPal, the payment was from a PayPal account to PayPal and was charged 32c for the transaction! How can this be, cause the sender is not verified or I am not?

yes when the transaction takes place PayPal charges and the receiver bears the charges there is a rate so even from the small amount it will be deducted

I agree with you. Even if its a 10 cents payment, there are still fees being deducted.

as far as i know paypal charge fee for every transaction. The fee can be paid by the sender or it can be charge from the receiver account. Last week i receive payment of $0.25 and for that i was charge $0.25 and the actual amount i got was $0!

This is why I need to downgrade my account. In the past I was a premium member, but Paypal would charge me some fees when I go the payment. This is why finally I decided to downgrade my account so that it won't charge me fees. I love China
