I love my new iPod Touch.

Greetings.
I am posting this from my new iPod Touch. Everyone should own one of these. I love all the apps, and I love the fact that I can do as much on here as I can do on my laptop. Thisthing is so handy for travelling. I also love that it holds 7,000 songs.

I think I would be in trouble and really not getting anything else done if I had something I could take with me everywhere to get online with....
right now I use my time away from home running others to read books and work on small crafts.
I just told Steve the other day I would love to have a phone I can get online with!!

I usually go to Second Cup for a coffee in the afternoons, and they have wireless there, but in the past few days it has not been working properly, so I haven't been able to use wireless anywhere but at home. I dind't have it when we went on vacation earlier this month, but the hotel where we stayed did offer wireless, so if I had it I would have been able to use it. LOL

Congrats on your new iPod Touch. I too got a new ipod Touch
2 days ago. It is truly a blessing from God.
I am thinking of giving it to my son since his birthday
will be coming soon. However, this is the first time we own an iPod Touch.
How to download songs? Any recommended website? perhaps free download, etc.

The best site I can think of for free downloads is limewire.com. Just be careful, and make sure you have your virus and spyware scans on at all times, and don't download anything that looks suspicious. I have only ever downloaded songs from there. Hubby tried software once, and nearly ruined his computer. Fortunately he works in tech support, and was able to fix it.
As for blessings from God, iPods sure are, and so are husbands who work in tech support. LOL Looks like you and I have had our iPods foor about the same time. Congratulations on buying yours, too.

congrats on your ipod touch. I have one too, and I have posted from it as well, even though it seemed like it took way to long to do so. 
It is a great little gadget though. I only have 3 songs on mine though, as I bought it more for the paps I can put on it. I do like the fact that I can choose whatever apps I want to put on it, and I don't play on it all the time, but when I do, the first thing I do is going to the apps store, looking for neew apps to put on it. I do enjoy it though when I do play on it, as I have lots of games on it and other apps. My daughter in law bought my son one for his birthday, and he has so many apps, it is amazing he doesn't run out of room, but I think he has the 32mb one. Mine is only 8, because even with just that little bit, I will never ever fill run out of memory. I probably won't put anymore songs on it either. I am glad you really like your ipod touch, as they are cool gadgets. Take care, and happy mylotting.
