people watcher

Are you a people watcher? Have you ever found yourself just drawn to a random person, and proceed to just stare at them?
If so, have they ever taken notice of this, and stared back in retaliation? Do you think you could dominate in a stare off at twenty paces at dawn?

I tend to do this when someone or something that someone does gets my attention, or I get curious with what he's doing, or when he or she possibly looks like someone I know of and I'm trying to confirm if he or she was really that person. I don't really give people that bad look unless they piss me off (probably because of something they've done or they're doing).

i do some time stare at people who look good or if they are wearing something good.But the way i look towards them they know it does mean appreciation of something.So they dont hate it.Infact they enjoy attention.
Not a random person but i notice good and smart faces on streets.
