I am guilty! I press snooze everyday and say 5 more minutes until it's 30 minutes after. Worse, if I put off the alarm. Mondays can be the worst specially if we just had a great and tiring weekend, coming from a vacation, or we just simply don't want the weekend to end. How about you, are you guilty too? What keeps you from going back to sleep?

I always press snooze every time I wake up in the morning. Maybe I press snooze 3 times and the duration is always 10 minutes. Of course, with this habit I have I am always late for work. But good thing my student is always late too, I am still earlier then her. lol

i've got 2 clocks, and i think i've been overusing the snooze button. last week i was supposed to have an early morning appointment. but it was raining, and the snooze button was in easy reach. by the time i actually got up it was 1 hour after the time is set the alarm.
while i was getting ready to go out, i kind of felt guilty about the extra sleep... ok, not exactly like sooo guilty, just a tinsy-bit of guilt. i can't help it. sleep is just sooo gooood :)

Hi, a2beads. Yes, I usually will press snooze about once or twice. I don't like getting up. I love to get as much of rest that I can when I am very tired. I have to get up and get my son ready for school, this keeps me from going back to sleep. I have to do this. It is a priority.

Yeah, I pretty much press snooze every day. I hit the snooze button and then reach over and turn my coffee pot on. By the time the snooze goes off 9 minutes later my coffee is done and I can hit snooze one more time or grab a cup of coffee to start waking up!

Yes I am also guilty! Usually I always set my alarm an hour before my supposed time to wake up just to give me ample time to really get up off my bed :). It takes me that long to really get up. Then when my alarm rang I always ended up hitting the snooze and get back to bed. Then after an hour automatically I wake up after an hour. I do this since I was in college because I do stay in a dormitory and no one will wake me up unlike when I'm at home my mom or our house helper could wake me up :)

I actually use two alarm clocks. This started on one day when my only alarm clock failed to alarm or something and I overslept and got late for work. So both alarm clocks I use are set to alarm at the same time 5:50am, but one's time is set advance compared to the other. So one clock alarms at its 5:50am time, them I turn it off. Then about 12 minutes later, another clock hits 5:50am and that's when I start waking myself up.

Guilty as sin! I do this every single morning. I set my alarm clock a bit earlier because of this, I would press snooze then I would sleep back. This process would go on for 30 to 40 minutes until I could wake up.
