Is just a test tube babies/In vitro fertilization are my options ?

My wife suffered a resulting narrowing of the fallopian tubes will not get pregnant. Doctors says the solution is just a test tube babies. Is there any solution other than IVF program whose cost is very expensive ?I really care abaut my wife, please help me to find another solution that i can do other than test tube babies.

If this is the only option your doctors have told you you have, then this is what you will have to go with if you want to have a child of your very own.
There are two other options that spring to mind, surrogacy(not sure id I spelled that right) and adoption, but I suppose it depends on your circumstances and what you want to do.
Surrogacy involves taking your sperms and injecting it into your wife's egg in a laborotary and then inserting that fertilised egg (if successful) into a woman who has volunteered to be the carrier of the child for you.
