Diet tips (Ayurveda)

Eat 3 tablespoons of honey everyday Drink a lot of carrot juice Eat garlic clove after every meal Eat 3 cups of apple juice everyday Eat 5-6 plums on empty stomach everyday. If you have any diet tips then suggest in this discussion.

Good suggestion - Yes these are very healthy. And, to be healthy one should make a habit of taking things at regular time. I found that heaps of books and messages are there available but only few go through these and very very few follow for some time and over. Any how good tips but if you could have added another tip like doing exercises everyday would have beautified the discussion.
