what to say or do when the person next to you in a cafe always coughs?

I was just in an internet cafe when this guy who sat beside me coughs continually without covering his mouth. I would love to tell him to observe proper manner when it comes to that but i don't know what to do or say. How do you do it in a nice way without offending the person?

Well, I think I will either stand up and leave for another seat or give him a tissue. Keep your distance from people who show symptoms of flu-like illness, such as coughing, sneezing. I don't know whether that guy has it or not, but at least he should cover his coughs. Because such an act is kind of offending.
