Many PTCs....Same face....

There are several PTCs with almost similar home page .Some times only change is in the name. IVBUx, Enjoybux,Northbux,SHBux..the list is very long. Why so many PTCs prefer to have the same format. Are all of them owned by same group? Is this template the cheapest available? Is it not boring to see many sites with similar home pages??
