Have you ever complain about something that bother you in ptc forum then receive a response for it but you can not ask further because they already lock the thread. I have make a complain (or actually seeking for further explanation) about rented referrals at Neobux. It is because the number of clicks is different when I look at the rental referrals statistics and when I check it from my account summary. From the statistic, my referrals have made 87 clicks but at the statistic, I shown only 71 clicks (16 clicks different = $0.08). I receive one response for it but I did not satisfied with the explanation and want to ask further about it. Unfortunately, I can not do that because the discussion has already being closed. I went to that discussion when I receive a notification that my discussion has been response (So, if there is any different in time it is only about a minutes or two). I am very surprise and upset because I can not ask more about it. [b][i]When your referrals are clicking mini ads, these clicks are not added to the total clicks from your referrals in your summary page, because you are not get credit for them. Another reason could be the ToS point 3.7. [/i][/b] [u][b]Tos point 3.7. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard / Pioneer member or you click at least 9 advertisements being a Golden member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page. So, I should entitle for every clicks by my referrals including the mini advertisements (TOS said we will receive ALL clicks by our referrals). But I would not believe my referrals ever click the mini advertisements because they never have more then 4 advertisements. Why on earth they want to click the mini advertisement at $0.005 value when they can click the advertisement that would earn them $0.01 each. Did you ever face this kind of problem? Why they do that? Do you have any idea about this?
