Im thinking of migrating to Canada. Its a good place to raise a family. I read that the benefits there are so amazing. Whats good in that country is that you dont have to pay a single centavo for healthcare if you are a permament resident in Canada. Mothers are given maternity allowances. And when you reach retirement age, you are secured by your pension. Where is a good place to live in Canada? Some say Calgary or Edmonton in Alberta is a nice place. Some would suggest Saskatchewan? Can anybody give me an advise on this?

Well I moved away from Vancouver Island to Vanderhoof. It is geographic center of BC, and it is an awesome community.
Small town of a bout 5000, it is one hour to Prince George and all the shopping you could ask for.
We are on a migratory bird stop. They stop over here on the way north and south.
And the summers are nice and the days a waaay long.
It gets cold in the winter, but not too cold. -10 to -20 celcius. But, it has gotten down to -40 or colder on occasion.
But it's the place to be if you want a place to raise your family.

Flat...
I like it except it's too far from the ocean for my liking. I was raised on the coast. I wouldn't be at home too far away from the ocean.
