Cucumbers are great for reducing puffy eyes but unfortunately they won't help with dark circles.

The best thing you can do about dark circles is get plenty of sleep each night. If that is not possible, you can really only cover them up with concealer.

Dark circles under the eyes can sometimes be genetic. So there my be no way to prevent it. Put some foundation there that is slighly lighter than your skin tone. But only by a shade lighter. If you have any foundation that you have purchased and it was a little too light, use that only under your eyes. It will look great!

I wish I knew. I have had dark circles my whole life. Diet, exercise, rest, etc. has no effect on them. Mine are hereditary. My mother and grandmother had them. I have seen something called hylexin, but it is SUPER expensive. I suppose some might opt for some sort of plastic surgery. I have not found any cream or anything that works. So sorry!

wow those are pretty big :) well from what i heard long sleep are not enough, what you really need is a regular time of sleep. example you not only sleep 6-8 hours a day but also you sleep every 10pm also :) thanks

You need good sleep, fresh fruits and vegetables to eat and must drink lots of water. No stress, and get some exercise. The main thing is: HAVE ENOUGH REST!
