What would you feel if your boss is not considering your feeling?

Did you everheard the saying "Do not do unto others what you do not do unto you"? Are you aware that somehow, you should consider the feelings of others? I just need to ask those questions first to comprehend easily this situation. What will you do if you encounter a boss who always throw the papers or any documents in your working table just like he is in a contest throwing a freesbie. In addition, what would you feel if your boss bagged down the binded documents that cause your ear irritation due to unpleasant sound that it creates. And what would you feel, inspite of the effort you have done in providing a space for those things wherein the boss may use as a dropping point for those things and documents still he prefers to throw it. Despite that you raise up a plea for him not to throw those things because your ears encounters some irritation due to the unpleasant sound, still he repeatedly throwing it again and again. What you will do in a situation like this? Will you just keep your mouth shut since he is the boss? Or you will just let these things happen since he is not considering what do you feel?

Well thats insulting and if someone throws papers int his way at me he is probably going to slap on his face.I have zero tolerance for these kind of people.Company pay us because we work there .They are paying us value of our work .They dont have any right to insult us like that.

For me,If this work is very important to me,maybe I will stand it.I think a Boss need to care employees,because it is important to the company's growth. a kind-hearted boss means we can do work in a happy environment. You should talk about with your boss.If he/she ignore you all the time,you should quit the job and find a new situation.

yes there is a need of every body to care for others feelings. but most of the time in professional life people dont care about others. and this make the life worst. but if possible you are a person who is genunine should not change himself and care for others. i think this will put more satisfaction in life.

BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT, this u must have heared. Generaly trend is thier that we have to understand boss and follow his directions and feelings. Well throwing of papers and other irritating actions/behaviour by boss and reaction by us mostly depends on many situations, largly if we react then how much it will be harmful to us, whether he can terminate us, torture us and how much impact he has on our annual increment and promotions etc. It also depends that how much we are ready to face adverse circumstances; created by our reverse reactions. Of corse our importance in that organisation also plays significant role in deciding our attitude. Whatever it maybe some rection is must may be by body langauge we can reflect that we are not accepting his style.

Well in that situation, i would really feel bad and stress BUT.. I have no rights to disobey what my boss want. They say there were 2 rules to follow.. 1)The boss is always right. 2)If you think the boss is wrong, then refer to rule number 1. That rule is being bias but it is the truth. Well in order to clear the mind, why don't we take the side of the boss. Does the papers or documents submitted are in the right ones or really needed? Does the papers or documents supports it self or has a complete info? Well it is really the output or result what the boss appreciate and not the effort. Sometimes it is really the quality not the quantity. If you really can't stand your boss then the solution is to resign. Then, be the boss. I mean create your own business.
