In India there is too much heat nowadays. So whenever I come from college I have a glass of mixed juice.Well having a glass of juice prevents dehydration and keeps me fresh in the day time.Well i have it three to four times a day and like its taste also.
What do you take in these hot days to keep you fresh?

A tall, cold glass of water works for me most of the time. I find juices and colas too sweet and sticky for summer. When I'm really dehydrated, like after exercise or rigorous manual work (like gardening, lol) on a hot day, I look for energy drinks like Gatorade. I find that it really does quench "deep-down thirst". I don't really like their taste though, so I only reserve it for those instances.

When I was in Australia it was ever so hot so my friends and I got a hose and watered ourselves down. It was very hot and humid that day. We felt so much better after that cool water. Another very warm day we drove up to Crystal Cascades. It was amazing the bathe in the cool natural pools of water. In my home country it never gets that hot. If it does I put on fan and have a cool drink of water.

Drinking one cool glass of water really helps refresh and cool me down. Sometimes, taking a bath helps too. I also eat ice cream to keep the heat off. There are a lot of things to cool us down this summer.

In my home country it can get really hot and sweaty. Some times i take a bottle of cold coke but I have noticed cold water does it for me. When I drink water it quenches my thirst whereas having a bottle of coke just makes me want something more to drink.
On rare occasions I might take more than one shower a day to cool off.

hell0 there! well, i am a person who really don't like the heat especially when I am on a trip, because I really don't feel much comfortable sweating and keep going it is just not comfortable and also stinky :)
well, in my country the summer is really hot- 35-40 degrees, maybe in India is even hoter, but 35-40 is also a heat.
s if I have to go out and need to cool off before that and also after it, I first drink something really cold( drink really cold drinks isn't that healthy just because people's guts can mix up because of the cold and then we must go to hospital really fast, so that's why the drinks that I drink before going out are not that cold, only cold enough.
and if I want to cool off after I have been out and have back home and feel really hot I always drink some hot/warm tea, because we all know that it makes us temperature coes down, and if we are overheat and drink something really cold there is a very big possiblity of big difference between the temperatures and it can cause hipothermy, which can have a letal end :(
So that's why everytime I come back home in a hot day, I never drink cold drinks. i only drink them before going out and also if I am sitting at home and feel it's getting hot!
it is really good if you accept these advices and do it the same way, if you want to be in safe and live healthy!
