We use to eat Chinese food when we were young.Dim Sum,Fried Rice,Peking Duck,Chicken ball, fish ball,Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs, you name it.And since there are many provinces in China and amny different minority gourps as well. Each of them will be different in cooking style and it leads to more choices in Chinese food then.In fact ,more than we can think of.Since there are many of them, even the Chinese themselves haven't try them all.Well, share with us if you like Chinese food.Which one do you like the most and why?

This is such a hard decision to make. There are so many different Chinese dishes that I am really fond of. I like having combination fried rice because it is really filling and it has a wonderful flavor. I also like crab rangoon when it is made right. There are times that I've had it when it is somewhat soggy and then I can barely eat it but there are other times that it is melt in your mouth delicious. Oh, I also really like the sweet bread too.

Oh,Doran.there you are again.Alright,it is good to have someone like Chinese food .I like the Ameican food too especailly steaks. But Food will becomes localize when it goes to the other country.I remember when I first arrived to Canada many years ago and went to eat my Chinese food in there. The Chinese food was mainly for Canadain taste and we have never heard something like : Chop Suy and egg roll in Hong Kong before.Even the won ton in there was so different.Because the best won ton we have in Chinese culture is the one with shrimp inside. When I tried the first won ton in Canada,I couldn't even finished it .Because they only have pork inside and the taste was so terrible.I felt that I was eating something like a stone.I think even the steak will be different from each country. In Canada, the steak will emphasize on original taste and won't add anything to it when cooking. But in Hong Kong ,we will add many differnt kinds of sauce and ingredients such as pepper, oniona nd mushroom to make it taste better. But when the foreigner come to eat it,they may not like it as we do.Well,I think it is good to have some diifferent, then no matter what culture we are,we can still enjoy the food from other culture with our own taste.Have a good day.^_^

If I won a lottery I would fly to China and eat real good chinese food. I really like this type of chow because it's so unique. Whenever we order it which isn't too often because I find it quite expensive, I always enjoy the sweet and sour shrimp combo which comes with chicken fried rice and steamed veggies. I like that red sweet and sour sauce they put on it too. I always get them to pour it on my rice. My hubby always orders the breaded shrimp then we will order a couple of other dishes like lemon chicken and low mein.
Have a nice day

I have to admit that they are all not healthy food but as you know anything delicious will usually are not healthy.Anyway, once awhile and drink more water and eat some fruit later on.That would be okay ^_^.

I think you’re not aware of it, but Chinese seems to be the most favoured foreign food of us Indians. Just like each state of India has its own food, similarly each state has its own version and combination of Chinese food LOL…most Indians are veggies so you’ll find wonderfully original veggie Chinese recipes done Indian style with no similarity with Chinese food except for the ubiquitous soy sauce LOL
Actually I think rice is our staple too and noodles are a great convenient food, locally available too hence Chinese cuisine has become so popular. My personal favourates are of course fried rice and chilli chicken, though I love chicken and prawns cooked any way Chinese style. But frankly speaking, if we are to have the real Chinese food with all its myriad combinations, most of us wont like it that way.

I like to eat chinese food and the best if the noodles with different seasoning on it. Here in Lodon we do have many restaurants which has chinese specialties but I think it is worth going to China itself to taste the food. It is healthy for me and light too.

I am a Chinese,it is so happy to find so many people love Chinese food.In fact ,as a Chinese,I myself haven't taken all Chinese foods, because every city in China has its own food's charateristics.Take fried rice for example, some areas will fried rice with fish ,meat and some vegetable, some will fried with seafood, fruits and there are boo many kinds of fried rice bo be counted in China. If you have enough time, I suggeted that you can come to have a round tour in China ,and you can have a taste of all the Chinese delicious food.
Welcome to China.

I like chinese food a lot. In fact I am great food lover. I like Chinese Momos, noodles and soups. The taste is so good and once you have tried any one you gonna eat each time you get. In most dishes in Chinese cuisine, food is prepared in bite-sized pieces, ready for direct picking up and eating. In traditional Chinese cultures, chopsticks are used at the table. In India, like any other countries, there are many Chinese restaurants where Chinese food is served. Beside these Chinese restaurants, there are many local restaurants serving Indian versions or inspiration of Chinese food. But let you know that with increasing wealth, Chinese diets have become richer over time, consuming more meats, fats, and sugar.

Hi Wildlittlefan. I am not addicted to Chinese food, but one thing that I love is Yang Chow rice, especially when it has lots of ham bits, eggs, and veggies. I also like the good ole siopao, steamed buns with meat filling (we call it that way here in the Philippines).

My household is a hug fan of Chinese food. We eat a lot of rice in our family. My favorite dish is sweet and sour chicken. It could eat it without hesitation. There would not be leftovers. i also love fortune cookies. it's just not a complete Chinese meal without them.

I love sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice. Around 1978 when I worked in adult education in Detroit, our boss (the principal) took us to a Chinese restaurant. I had always been fussy about what I ate and didn't try new things but over the years I've started eating new things. So I tried sweet and sour chicken and since I didn't like rice, I tried the pork fried rice. I've been hooked ever since. For some reason, that Chinese restaurant closed down. So then I started going to Forbidden City right near me (on the next block, how convenient. When I moved to Ann Arbor I found a Forbidden City there also and made sure to go there at least on my birthday. Sad to say, I live in Ohio and I haven't found too many places that make Sweet and Sour Chicken the way I like it. No matter where I go though, I find good pork fried rice. I like the kind with the bean sprouts and onions in it. Some restaurants put carot cubes and peas in it. I've never eaten any bad pork fried rice. Also, I like when they put the carrot slices in the Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Well I'm one of the fanatics when it comes to chinese foods and orientals, what I like most are the noodles dishes, the dimsums and the way they cook their peking duck! I remember just recently, when I had a stop over at the Hong kong International Airport, I decided to try and eat at one of the restaurants there and what I did order is the famous roast peking duck which is really really delicious and the flavour is sweet and a bit spicy.
