season with salt, pepper, lemon and grill. That easy. Serve with pasta if you like.
Of course, dipping it in eggs, and covering with flour and breadcrumbs and frying til golden is foolproof. If you have a lot of time with you (and are willing to pack in some amount of calories), try frying/ grilling the chicken and then making a tomato sauce (or even cream sauce with mushrooms) on a separate pan. Halfway through, put the chicken pieces in the sauce and let simmer for a few minutes. :)

I am fond of chicken dishes. And I can cook some of the dishes too and among them, chilly chicken is my favourite. But I prefer Indian chicken dishes during the lunch time... The ingredients in this recipe is typically Indian ones but this dish is quiet easy to cook and generally this dish is taken with rice.
So,you can try this one out.
The name of the dish is chicken curry.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
1 tin coconut milk
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
A small root of ginger chopped
3 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Cilantro leaves for garnishing
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Clean the chicken and cut into pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chilies, and ginger and fry them for sometime.
3. Add all the above ingredients along with chicken pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add 1/2 tin of coconut milk and let it cook until tender.
5. Then add remaining 1/2 tin of coconut milk and let the gravy become thick.
6. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with hot plain rice or parathas.
