but the manager should give a reward to their customer to return the uncomfortable. I think that can make the customer feels happy and want to come back again to the hotel.

Good morning,ifa225.The problem you met happens in our hotel is frequently. We often call our staff of engeering department to fix for the guests. In our hotel, before the guests move in,they sign contract with the sales department,so it's a little complex and difficult to change a new room. Have a nice day,ifa225^_^

Hi there TTzhu! Well, I used to work for a beach resort here in the Philippines and we always meet problems like that. Most often, there are guests who would always ask for discount and sometimes, they would ask for too much. Also, some people would demand to use the videoke machine when there's a power interruption which we should not allow because the generator is being used and that as much as possible, the usage of power should be limited to lights and air-conditioner, refrigerator if the room that has one is occupied. There are also those who refuse to wear proper swimwear. There are lots more but everything can be worked out if we calmly talk about it and work towards a resolution.

Hi,nanayangel, thanks for your respond. I was also caught in such situation as you mentioned. Our apartment hotel is set up by seven buildings. Some buildings are a little far from the main entrance. But in my point of view, even walk to the farest builing only cost around five minutes also. It's good way to exersice.^_^But many guests would rather call us to receive them instead of walking. Especially in those busy days, our electric car is extremely busy. Some guests even complian us. Have a good day,nanayangel^_^

When I found some facilities or electrical appliances in the hotel is not functioning well, then I will call the hotel's desk to get their help to fix it. If the pillow or the bed is not in a clean condition, I will call the house keeping staff to replace it with a clean one. But of course, I will pay a reasonable tips to the staff who attended my problem.
